Project Details:
ICS worked with the School District of Philadelphia and the District’s implementation team to develop and manage a $23.4 million renovation project for three buildings. The primary focus of these renovations was to reduce overall operating costs while improving teaching and learning environments. Featured upgrades include a full HVAC system redesign and replacement, lighting system upgrades, window replacements, and insulation system improvements.
