Project Details:
After a massive flood that severely damaged their previous facility, the Rushford-Peterson community sought voter approval in November 2014 for a new Early Childhood – 12th grade facility. This $38.165 million facility features various collaborative breakout spaces, ample daylight, two gymnasiums, a state-of-the-art auditorium, various program-specific areas including agricultural, woods and metal, art and music.
ICS provided master planning, pre-referendum planning and community engagement, Owner’s Representation, and technical services for this beautiful new facility that reopened on the 10th anniversary of the flood.
