Princeton Public Schools

Project Details:

ICS provided comprehensive project representation services for a $29.95 million referendum funded project for a new 102,000 square foot, two-story K–2 primary school in Princeton, MN. With a successful referendum in May 2014, ICS worked closely with the district and world architects throughout all phases of construction to manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including developing an ongoing project communications plan, project schedules and overall budget development.

ICS also managed additions and renovations to the existing high school, including the removal of portables, industrial technology renovations, kitchen and cafeteria renovations, gymnasium addition, and ADA upgrades. ICS also managed safety/security and technology improvements across four buildings district-wide. The former South Elementary School was decommissioned and site work was performed including water/utility/infrastructure improvements, road access improvements, and field development.
