Project Details:
Perham-Dent Public Schools retained ICS to provide referendum planning, long-range planning and owner’s representation services, and technical services for various projects stemming from a successful $45.27 Million bond referendum.
The scope of work included a new 9–12th-grade high school connected to the existing middle school and various additions and renovations at Prairie Wind Middle School, Heart of the Lakes Elementary, and the early childhood space.
The scope of the technical services ICS provided included commissioning for a new 146,000 square foot high school. The new facility includes a gymnasium with locker rooms, a full-service kitchen, commons spaces, classrooms, a fine art area, administration offices, a wrestling and weight room, a media center, and an adjacent satellite building for STEM trades and planned future additions for a theater and additional academic space.
