Project Details:
Osseo Area Schools, serving over 21,000 students across eight cities, began planning for critical facility improvements on an annual basis to address deferred maintenance needs. The District engaged ICS to develop a District-wide 10-year facilities plan, create strategic funding options, minimize overall disruptions to school operations, and ensure quality control and coordination of these projects.
From infrastructure and deferred maintenance improvements, roofing repairs, pavement repairs, LED lighting installation, interior finishes, renewed building systems, and more, the ICS team worked together to implement several projects across the District over four years.
