Northland Community Schools

Project Details:

Stemming from a successful $26.22 million referendum in November 2015, ICS provided planning, project development, program management, and technical services for additions at Northland Community Schools in Remer, MN. After listening to the local community, the initial strategy of a new facility changed to keeping a large percentage of the existing building and repurposing the space for the District’s educational and facility-related needs.

With flexibility in mind, the spaces were designed to adjust and adapt over time for the needs of both the students and staff for generations to come.
