Project Details:
ICS provided comprehensive owner’s representation for Monticello Public School District to develop an approach and provide recommendations for the completion of District-wide improvement projects following the successful passage of a $39 million referendum in November 2015.
These improvements aimed to increase safety and security, modernize learning environments, and to enhance academic and activity opportunities for over 4,000 students in the northwest suburbs. ICS managed major renovations for the District including the addition classroom spaces, a new football/turf field complex, secured entrances, improved outdoor lighting, upgraded parking lots, and enhanced camera and intercom systems to create safer spaces for both students and staff. Classrooms, media centers, and athletic facilities throughout the District were also given a face-lift with renovations, upgraded furniture, and modern accessible technology.
