MACCRAY Public Schools

Project Details:

ICS, in partnership with TSP and CMTA, was hired to provide comprehensive planning, project development, pre-referendum communications services, program management, and construction management services for MACCRAY Public Schools. Stemming from a successful $39.5 million referendum in November 2019, the project creates a single, united campus in Clara City. The project includes:

  • A new PK-6th grade addition for approximately 550 students to the existing Junior/Senior High School.
  • New Ag/Career and Technical Education (CTE) classroom addition, a new cafeteria/kitchen expansion and addition, a fitness/weights addition, and a new 500-seat auditorium addition to the existing Junior/Senior
    High School.
  • Remodel the existing Junior/Senior High School for use as a 6th – 8th grade Middle School and 9th – 12th
    grade High School.
  • Discontinue the use of East Elementary and West Elementary with a united campus in Clara City.

Once completed this fall, ICS will provide technical services for the project. Renderings courtesy of TSP.
