Hazelden Betty Ford (HBF), a world-renowned facility for substance abuse rehabilitation, retained ICS to provide a wide range of technical services; this is a model of the opportunities our customized approach and drive to provide an exceptional customer experience can bring.
Our Technical Services team’s initial performance at the Center City Campus, where we provided commissioning on a 20,000 square foot chilled beam in-patient facility, led to an opportunity providing full LEED® Commissioning, design, and submittal review for a 100,000 square foot facility at their St. Paul campus. We were brought in early for this project and have been able to guide HBF through pre-design, affording opportunity to provide optimal value and systems optimization to this valued customer.
