ICS Events
ICS has been buzzing with exciting events and great opportunities to connect! Our Midwest and Media offices enjoyed their annual picnics, and our Media team had a fun-filled happy hour with our friends from CMTA and Provident Energy Consulting, where intense (but friendly!) ping-pong matches kept the energy high. Our implementation team enjoyed their annual sporting clays and bird hunting event earlier this fall, our Project Director, Kyle Walter, provided implementation training to our Mid-Atlantic team, and Andy Faulkner, Chris Ziemer, Jason Splett, Phil Solomon, Tim Guider, and Mike Lang headed to Orlando, Florida for the inaugural Legence Leadership Council.
ICS and CMTA Food Drive
Our Minneapolis office recently teamed up with our sister company, CMTA, for a food drive competition. In total, over 634 items were donated to the local senior food shelf.

Fall Conferences
This year’s Minnesota State Fire Chief Association Annual Conference had us all fired up as we connected with leaders from across the state. We also had another incredible year at the MREA Greater Education Summit, where we showcased our expertise at the vendor showcase and led a breakout session, “Overcoming New Challenges: Rural Referenda,” with Business Development Director Jason Splett and Todd Rapp from Rapp Strategies. Check out the session recording here. Our team also had a wonderful evening attending the Duluth Chamber Dinner, connecting with local leaders, and celebrating the community. These events were a fantastic opportunity to engage, learn, and grow together!
Client Events
We had the privilege of celebrating some incredible client milestones. Highlights include the ribbon-cutting ceremonies for Albany Area Schools’ new Early Learning Center and Lake Superior School District’s William Kelley High School. We also marked the start of exciting projects with groundbreaking ceremonies for Coatesville Area School District’s Doe Run Elementary and Spring-Ford Area School District’s Spring City Elementary. We are excited to see the completed progress of these projects and looking forward to construction for the others.
Additionally, students toured the new Nashwauk-Keewatin Public Schools’ PreK-12 School and Community Wellness Center in October. Our on-site team, including Jesse Larcom, Nathan Norton, and Mark Cobb, led the students through their future facility with the help of our Safety Director, Donny Hines. Check out this fantastic interview with our very own Jesse Larcom on WDIO! These moments highlight the positive impact of our work and the bright future we’re helping to build for students and communities.
