Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology

Project Details:

In 2020, ICS was hired to provide design-build services for the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology. The project included a new Infusion Center located at their Golden Valley facility. The project focused on creating additional space with an open concept design for infusion patients and clinic staff, ultimately making patients feel more comfortable and relaxed and creating more working space for clinic staff. Key features included 10 new infusion bay areas overlooking Sweeney Lake, four additional nurse’s stations, a gender-neutral bathroom, new medications draw area, and a general utility room. Additionally, the Infusion Center now provides a very picturesque view for the patients to relax during their infusion treatments.

Throughout predesign, ICS’s role was to secure all sub-contractors, develop the overall project schedule, budget, and phasing to ensure minimal disturbance on current operations, and develop a plan for all phases of this project.

As construction began, our team coordinated all contractors, managed the integration of ongoing clinic activities, managed the budget and schedule, resolved ongoing construction-related issues, and completed project close-out activities.
