In 2018, the Clearbrook-Gonvick School District needed to add space to their elementary building to effectively accommodate more early-childhood programming. The District went out for a referendum in November of that year, and the C-G communities passed the referendum that would fund the three-classroom addition to the elementary building.
ICS partnered with JLG Architects, Sandman Structural Engineers, and Obernel Engineering.
With the additional three classrooms at the elementary building, the District offers early-childhood programs and has additional square footage which has helped them better manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Also included in the project was office space, a parent room, and extra storage space.
