Project Details:
ICS led the community engagement and planning process effort for a successful $10.5 million bond referendum in September 2015 for Deer River Public Schools. Improvements from the referendum were broken out into two phases and included:
- Four-classroom kindergarten addition
- Seven-classroom early childhood addition
- Senior Center addition
- New Media Center and computer lab
- New cafeteria/kitchen/gymnasium
- Renovations and deferred maintenance improvements at the existing Deer River High School
- 43,800 SF
- $10.5 million
