Project Details:
ICS provided owner’s representation services for the new City of Columbia Heights library, opened in May 2016. The building, a 22,600 square foot public space, will be a single-story structure with architectural components designed to welcome and connect with new patrons. The facility includes modern technology and dedicated spaces for all age groups. The fundamental goal of the new building is to provide a defined city presence at the busy thorough-way of Central Avenue.
