ICS Consulting, Inc. (ICS) was founded in 2006 in Minneapolis, Minnesota providing facility solutions to public sector clients across the Midwest.2017
ICS merges with ONE and FJJ and provides a one-stop-shop for a variety of clients for MEP, construction, and facility-related services.Jan. 2021
ICS acquired CPMI, a skilled cost estimating and cost management firm that's been in business over 51 years.July 2021
ICS was aquired by Therma Holdings, an integrated energy solutions provider that is accelerating the energy transition in the built environment.June 2022
