Safety on our jobsites is critical for those working in and using the spaces we create. We provide on-site safety orientation training for all contractors, we collaboratively partner with OECS to complete monthly, third-party audits, we’re involved with Minnesota OSHA’s Workplace Safety Consultation (WSC), we provide weekly toolbox talks and weekly jobsite safety inspections completed by our project teams, we complete frequent safety audits with our Safety Director Donny Hines, and we prepare and distribute a written safety manual and A Workplace Accident and Injury Reduction (AWAIR) program across all jobsites, and more.
We ensure our implementation staff is well prepared for all scenarios. We provide training for our superintendents, project managers, and project engineers to earn their OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, we provide bi-annual safety training for our superintendents and project teams, we provide CPR/First Aid/AED training for all site superintendents, and more.
Keeping our office employees safe is key for the on-site work our team does. We have an Office Safety Team that’s responsible for items including emergency drills, ergonomics, etc. In addition, we provide a monthly safety newsletter to all employees.
